SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING INFORMATION

*All orders are fulfilled Monday through Sunday.  Orders are shipped within 1 business day from the receipt of payment verification.

*We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather. Shipping delays are unlikely but can occur.

*All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $10 USD in which a signature is required.

*You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

*Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received. 

REROUTED PACKAGES

*We do not manually input shipping addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another, please ensure shipping address is correct upon receiving order conformation email.

*If your tracking information states “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule your delivery before 14 days expire. Otherwise, your item will be returned to Lisa Lee Shop.

*If you inadvertently input the incorrect address, please email Lisa Lee Shop within 5 hours of your confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment no changes can be made unfortunately.

*You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed into our warehouse. You can advise at that point whether you want your package redelivered or refunded.
